You can request an appointment online through the patient portal. An appointment lasts 10 minutes.
Prefer to call? You can call the practice at 071 576 8918 option 3 between 08:00–12:30 and 14:00–16:00 to make an appointment.
If you have more complaints, need more than the normal consultation time, or if you wish to come with multiple people to the appointment, please let us know. You can make a double appointment if you think you need more time.
Missed appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment and fail to cancel it at least 24 hours in advance, we regret to inform you that we will have to charge the fee for that appointment.
Please note! Unfortunately, if you miss your appointment, you will not be able to claim the amount from your health insurance company. So, please inform us of any impediments well in advance. This regulation applies to appointments with the general practitioners, practice nurses, and medical assistants.
